Back on the Wagon

I don't know what is wrong with me. Every time I begin an exercise routine, I'm so enthusiastic about it. I love the exertion, being sore, and feeling like I cannot eat anything greasy. I have more energy and I am more focused, all naturally and without drugs or caffeine or anything! But one day, I'll decide to rest, because lets face it, people get tired. Well that day infects my mind into thinking it's okay to rest two days. And suddenly, my own life is too busy for my health! Lives are busy, and only getting busier as one grows up. I am discovering this... But it frustrates me that I am constantly playing a teenage-romance with this off and on, off and on action with exercise.
I'd ask for solutions.
But there is only one. Keep trudging on.
So anyway, this is my last attempt to begin exercising.

I've been overweight far too long, and although I'm happy, I really do fear for my health.
So here I go, into the eye of the storm.
My goal: 135
My weight: 168
LETS DO THIS!

Errands!

Errands of getting a health card cut into my exercise time. I wasn't able to work out today and tomorrow isn't looking very promising either! Gah!! I hate this! And it was rainy all day! So despite me wanting to make up the difference by riding my bike, I couldn't!!

It was a day of rain, and weights.

Today, I woke up to a stammering on my roof. Raindrops the size of quarters were pummeling my car, and I thought twice about driving to school. I knew I must though, not even for class, but for the workout that would follow. So, as I was reluctant, I built up the courage to dash into the rain and hideout in my car.
Back at school it was much less wet. In fact, aside from a few puddles, there was no trace that clouds had ground-surfaced. It was humid though, and everyone that was leaving campus seemed to withhold a chill that I was oblivious of.

I did weight training. Lots of arms and a few leg exercises. It was a good day! (:

MEALS

  • Apple
  • some pretzels
Lunch

A "overweight" girl in an underappreciative world.

Hello, My name is Brittany Soup, but you can call me anything you'd like. I am one of the happiest people you could ever imagine, but we all have our flaws.
I am 5'6" and one hundred and sixty-eight pounds. I haven't exercised consistently in two years. I am not saying there is anything wrong with that weight, but I am heavier than I am "supposed" to be according to the BMI gods. I just recently went to the doctor's office for the first time in YEARS, and she told me I have slightly high cholesterol, the bad kind. So, with that, I am on a mission, to eat better, exercise more and stay consistently happy and pleased with my life.
My goal weight is 135lbs.
I'll have a "Current" and "Target" weight biweekly to track my progress.
Hopefully with your help, I can get fit and become the healthiest and best that I have ever been.

To this blog, I'll be tracking my weight progress, eating habits, fun facts, new health "super foods", yummy recipes, etc. I hope you enjoy! Thank you for reading, now go break a sweat!

(By the way, unofficially, I started a week ago, but this week will be a lot more consistent and and so on.)
